Questions:
Can I bring in food if I have allergies or a special diet? We do not make exceptions to our food policy. Please plan ahead or visit our healthy cafe inside our facility.  

Can I celebrate a birthday without booking a party room? You are welcome to have a group come in, however we do not allow any balloons, gifts, dessert in our general seating area. Only those with party rooms reserved can bring in party items. 

Do I have to sign a waiver if I am not playing? Yes, everyone entering our building does need an active waiver. For quicker check-in, please do it before arriving.

Can I bring my own grip socks?  We do not accept other brand grip socks. Arrows socks are required and available for purchase at $2.99. Once you own a pair, you are welcome to bring back Arrow socks. 

Do you offer memberships or discount days? We do offer an 8 visit membership that can be shared with almost a $20 savings. We often advertise discount days on our social media and newsletters. And we have group rates for field trips and events. Reach out for more info.

Can my older children play? We never want kids to grow up too fast so all age kids are welcome to play as long as they are with a younger sibling. Our target age is 12 & under but the bigger kids enjoy it too.

How do I book a party or see available party times? All of our parties are booked online from this website using our online booking portal. Click here or see more information under our party tab in the menu above or click here.

What are your hours? We are open Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm. Only closed on major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas day and New years Day.

Can I rent the entire facility? Yes we do offer private events. Please email info@arrowsactiveplayparkboerne.com for more information.
