Half-Mezz

  • Upstairs Half the Mezzanine includes 3- 8 foot large farm tables

  • Mezzanine area for 2 hours

  • Admissions for 15 children

  • Additional guests $15 per child

Party Details

  • All Party Reservations require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 at the time of booking.

  • Remaining balance is settled up in person at the end of the party time

  • All food orders need to be placed and paid for within 48 hours of the party.

  • Late Cancellations and no shows will be subject to the full balance.

  • A minimum advanced reservation of 48 hours is required

  • An Arrows staff member will call you the week of your party to confirm headcount and finalize food order.

  • All Party attendees adults & children MUST have a signed waiver on file. Please send the waiver link to your guests to be completed prior to arriving. Not having waivers completed does cause a delay when checking in.

  • All Party attendees (parents & children) must wear Arrows socks if going into playground. Socks are available for purchase for adults (children socks are included in party package.

  • Sandwich trays, Pizzas, fruit trays, chips and drinks are all available for purchase when booking. click on the "book now" button to view options

  • Birthday Cake and/or Cupcakes are permitted.

  • No Other outside food & drink permitted

  • Once your Party time is over. All gifts, decorations, cake etc. must be brought to your car. These items are not allowed in the common seating area

  • Party family will have access to the party room 15 minutes prior to the party start time to decorate the room.

  • In Party Rooms ONLY, Please do not use thumbtacks or adhesives of any kind on the walls in party rooms - a $50 fee will be included for any items found affixed to our walls. We have banner stands that are available at your request to be used instead of walls. Windows and doors can also be used.

  • Before entering the building all balloons must be properly secured and weighted down. Please do not hand out balloons to your guest inside of our building. There will be a $50 balloon retrieval fee for any balloons that must be removed from our fans.

  • In the event we are nearing our max capacity, a two hour limit will be enforced

  • any balances not settled the day of the party will be subject to a 20% administration fee

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
