The very heartbeat of Arrows Active Play Park comes from Psalm 127:3-5 which states, “Children are a heritage to the Lord, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them.”
To provide you with a better understanding of who we are, we wanted to dive deeper into these verses and discuss why they drive everything we do.
Psalm 127 is a part of a series of songs in Scripture called the “Songs of Ascents.”
These songs are believed to be sung by the Israelites every year on their way up to Jerusalem for worship.
Psalm 127 focuses on two main points that are central to our mission
All our work is in vain if it is done apart from the Lord.
Children are a blessing and a gift to be stewarded.
We strive for these two concepts to be the driving force of everything we do at Arrows.
Owning and starting a business can be incredibly difficult and can require an abundance of hard work, but we believe that if we are not doing this work to the glory of God then it is being done in vain. Our heart is that we would walk in step with what the Lord desires for Arrows and that we would be open-handed to the work he can do through us.
In agreement with Psalm 127, we started Arrows Active Play Park with the belief that children are a blessing and a gift to us.
The idea of an indoor playground came from a desire for parents to intentionally connect with and spend time with their children. We hope that whether you are a parent seeking quality time with your child or if you are a parent simply needing a break, that Arrows will serve you and your family in tremendous ways.
