If you’ve visited us before, then you can already attest to the fact that Arrows Active Play Park is not like any other indoor playground. We are rewriting the normative experience surrounding indoor parks into one that is enjoyable and relaxing for the whole family.

As parents, cleanliness and safety are at the top of our minds.
First and foremost, our equipment was manufactured to meet the strictest of international safety standards and is fully compliant with ASTM F1918. This is the first safety standard created specifically for indoor playgrounds and is one of the most authorized safety standards in the world!
All testing of our materials and equipment is performed regularly by one of the world’s largest and most reputable testing laboratories, SGS S.A. Ensuring that our equipment is as safe as possible is one of the most important differences we can make in your lifestyle!

At Arrows, we take extra precautions to ensure your child's safety during check-in and check-out. Each child receives a wristband that matches the adult they came with when entering the playground. Only when the wristbands of the child and adult match can the gate be opened. This extra step provides another layer of security and gives you peace of mind while enjoying your time at Arrows.

Arrows Active Play Park is a one of a kind design with every detail being handpicked by Arrows founders, Katrina and Will. Our space is 8,600 square feet and is 3 levels high, stocked with multiple party rooms that stretch across the length of the entire building!

Arrows is equipped with a cafe focused on homemade, healthy meals and free Wi-Fi! Our cafe focuses less on kids food and more on balanced meals and snacks. We offer many gluten-free options as well as beer and wine for adults!
We’ve consciously partnered with Hope Coffee to bring you espresso drinks and special holiday flavors from one of our favorite companies that share our mission and love for Jesus!
Arrows is meant to be a place where you can work remotely and effortlessly as your kids play safely or just a place for you to rest, relax and connect.

In our opinion, the biggest thing that sets Arrows Active Play Park apart is our desire to be a part of something much bigger than just an indoor playground.
Our Lord guides us in all that we do. Psalm 127:3-5 says, “Children are a heritage to the Lord, offspring a reward from him. Like Arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them.” We believe raising children is a gift from God and some of the most important work we can commit our lives to.
We created Arrows Active Play Park to give parents time to purposefully engage with their children while also providing a relaxing, welcoming environment. At Arrows, you will always find Christian music playing in the background and a space to connect with other families and parents.
“I wanted to take a moment and leave a review for an amazing discovery. Arrows Active Play Park is what Central Texas has been missing for its children. Fair prices, and a super-clean establishment is what you will find at this family-owned, Christian indoor play area. New friends are never in short supply here, as today is their fourth day of being open, and the rain has brought many families out for some great indoor exercise for the littles. :) The food is VERY good and the kids' plates are full of things they ACTUALLY want to eat, that parents can feel good about their kids eating. The grown up sandwiches and salads are also DIVINE. This place is sensory-friendly, so if you have a loved one with sensory issues or autism spectrum disorder, they won't need much more than headphones or sunglasses - and they might not even need those, depending on the time of day and how many other kids there are. Unlike other places in San Antonio and the surrounding areas, they don't have flashing lights or blaring music, just softly playing KLUV Christian Radio in the background. There are also tables and plenty of plug outlets for parents needing to get some work done, and I have had no issues with the wifi. Ultimately, my kids love playing here. The majority of the children are well-behaved and polite, which is always nice. They offer memberships, and I really think that they are worth the expense.
